Lease terms

The monthly rent for this property includes the cost of standard utility services, including water, electricity, gas, and internet. These services will remain in the Owner's name, and the Tenant is not required to establish or transfer any utility accounts. This arrangement is designed to provide a convenient, all-inclusive living experience, allowing Tenants to avoid separate billing and setup responsibilities. Tenant agrees to use all utilities in a reasonable and customary manner. In the event that utility usage is determined by Owner to be excessive, abnormal, or indicative of misuse (including but not limited to cryptocurrency mining, commercial operations, or unusually high consumption), Owner reserves the right to: Charge Tenant for the excessive portion of utility usage, and/or Require Tenant to place specific utilities in their name moving forward. Utility services are provided as a convenience; however, Owner shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions or outages beyond their control.
