Garden Level basement furnished bedroom with Queen size bed, wardrobe closets, TV, desk, sheets and towels provided. Basement bathroom shared with one other guest. Keyed lock on bedroom door. ** Available March 6 "Peaceful Paris" $1020 per month. Upstairs level furnished bedroom with Queen size bed, large closet, TV, small desk/chair, sheets and towels provided. Upstairs large bathroom with two sinks, large walk-in double head shower shared with two other guests. Keyed lock on bedroom door. All utilities included in rent plus Wifi. Home is 2300+ square feet, three levels, 5 total bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Bedrooms have TV's with either Amazon Firestick or Roku. This is a shared home with other guests. Shared areas are located on Main Level includes fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dishes, pots/pans, etc, Living area, Dining area, Powder Room, free Laundry area in basement, large back deck with fenced yard. Three rooms and one full bath are on second level. Two rooms and one full bath are in garden level basement. Guests are required to maintain quiet hours from 9pm to 8am daily and to clean up after themselves in the common areas. Full time House Manager lives in the home with two small dogs. This is NOT a 420 friendly home - strict no smoking or vaping inside or outside the home. If you must then please do so in your car or on a peaceful walk through the neighborhood.
