We are not able to participate in any voucher housing programs (example: section 8 housing). We require verifiable proof of income (Must be 3 x monthly rent), valid government issued ID and no criminal history,evictions/broken leases. Lease Terms: We offer 6 months (short term lease fee required), 12 months and 14 month lease contracts. Utilities: Residents are responsible for their rent plus utilities (water and electricity). We strive to make this process as simple as possible, with clear billing and support for any questions you may have. Pet Friendly: We understand that pets are family too! While we welcome pets, we do enforce Max two pets, a pet policy, breed restrictions and have a fair pet fee in place. Landlord reserves the right to decline to enter into a pet agreement.
