Walkable to everything, 2 blocks from a bus stop. 20 min downhill walk to Union Station/Light Rail. Easy access to I-70 and I-25. Great neighbors on either side. Dog/s considered - breed and age are a factor. We are dog lovers :) 3 bedrooms on the second story with 2 full bathrooms, both with double sinks. Primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings and en-suite bathroom with large tub, shower, and skylight. Plenty of space for a King size bed + nightstands. WASHER & DRYER is located in the laundry closet just outside the Primary Bedroom. AIR CONDITIONED - Forced Air, keeps the home well-cooled in hot summer months RING Doorbell camera for security UNFURNISHED: Photos show our furniture in the home, but the home is rented unfurnished with the exception of shelves and desk on the upstairs landing. Ideal for a couple, small family or 3 roommates - smaller 3rd bedroom makes a great office if not being used for a bedroom, there is a 2nd workspace on the upstairs landing. A 2-car attached garage makes for great additional storage, parking, or a home gym. There are no shared spaces with this unit. Since we stay in the attached basement apartment from time to time, we are looking for tenants with normal schedules (meaning people who sleep during the night hours, not big partiers, and keep regular hours i.e typical daytime work schedule). We do not expect you to worry about making noise, and the lower unit will be empty most of the time. We live in the mountains, an hour and a half away. Monthly rent is $5900 and includes water, trash/recycling/composting, and bi-weekly lawn mowing and landscaping/lawn care. Tenant is responsible for 75% of monthly Xcel bill (Gas & Electric). Tenant pays for their own Internet. Xcel bill will be in the tenant's name and 25% of the tenant's Xcel bill will be deducted from monthly rent to account for the basement apartment's utility usage. This is based on the percentage of square footage of the house. You control the thermostat. It is a Nest thermostat that is programmable and eco-friendly. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES (We love our neighbors :) ) Our home is currently occupied by tenants right now. Pre-screened applicants will be able to tour the home at specifically arranged times.
