Lease terms

This is a one year lease. This is a no smoking or vaping property. One pet (dogs & cats only) considered on a case by case basis with non refundable pet fee of $360.00. Pets may not be tethered & must be leashed when outside & pet waste must be disposed of properly on a daily basis. NO aquariums or water beds. Tenant responsible for ALL aspects of yard maintenance. All occupants 18 years old and over will be parties to the lease. APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS, CRIMINAL AND CREDIT CHECK REQUIRED FOR ALL OCCUPANTS 18 YEARS OLD OR OVER. FEE OF $70.00 PER PERSON MUST BE PAID WHEN APPLICATION IS MADE TO LSNG PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE SCREENING PROCESS. INCOME VERIFICATION, CURRENT LANDLORD RECOMMENDATION, EMPLOYMENT AND PERSONAL REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED AND APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE VERIFIBLE CONTACT NAMES AND CONTACT METHOD. IF WE CANNOT VERIFY THE INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS AND LEASE THE PROPERTY TO YOU!
