Two years at your position Preference will be given to a long-term tenant(s) Applicant must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the preceding five years. Preference will be given tenants with a long-term employment history. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Preference will be given to an applicant background who exhibits a pattern of responsibility. No smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the home. No dogs under six months of age.
