One year lease The Rental Applicants MUST have these qualifications to be considered for this home: Applicants must have a current photo identification and a valid social security number. Applicant's credit score must be a minimum of 600 Applicant's gross monthly income must exceed three times the monthly rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Preference will be given to a long-term tenant(s) Applicant must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the preceding five years. Preference will be given tenants with a long-term employment history. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Preference will be given to an applicant background who exhibits a pattern of responsibility. No smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the home. No dogs under six months of age. Renter's Insurance will be required if the applicant is chosen to be the tenant. No business may be operated out of the home.
