Private Landlord The rent is $2100 a month. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Rental application/fee, background check, credit check, income verification, and references required for all tenants. First months rent and $2100 deposit required. (No smoking) Willing to talk about allowing a small pet under certain conditions and non refundable deposit will be applied. Tenants must be able to keep up with yard work, mowing the lawn, and watering during spring and summer. Qualified tenants must have: Good employment history (minimum of 1 year with employer with no layoffs and minimum monthly household income of 6k). Good rental history (no evictions or missed payments). Good credit. Pass background check (no major crimes committed). Provide your household monthly income, length of time you have been with your employer, and length of time you have been renting at your current residence.
