It is free from animal dander and pet odors and is perfect for those who are afflicted with allergies or asthma. There is a no animal policy at this property. There is a one-year lease. Monthly rental will be $1750.00 per month. Security deposit required is also $1750.00. Tenant pays for gas and electric services. Owner pays for water and sewer charges. Owner provides yard maintenance. Snow removal from driveway in winter months is renters' responsibility. Tenants are responsible for placing trash cans on street after 6pm Monday evenings.
