The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for shared meals, featuring an Instant Pot, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, and full cookware set. Enjoy a Smart TV in the living area and in each of the four bedrooms.
Easy street parking is available, and guests may block the driveway. Pets are allowed with prior approval for a fee of $25 per pet, per night, with a maximum of 2 pets. A washer and dryer are located in the shared garage and are free to use during your stay.

The fireplace is non-operational and for display only. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am daily. A strict no-party policy is enforced, and any violation may result in police involvement and removal from the property without refund. Smoking is prohibited on the property, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. Unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fine per guest. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $35, with at least 24 hours' notice. A $500 late check-out fee will be applied otherwise. The home is equipped with noise monitors that measure sound levels only, and tampering with these devices will result in a fee. Exterior cameras are installed at entry points for safety and security. Guests may be asked to complete a verification process, which can include providing a valid government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, submitting a credit card that matches the ID, and completing a secure verification portal. A background check may also be required. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement. Guests must be 23 years or older. Repeated violations of house rules may result in involvement of local authorities. Guests may choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a $500 refundable security deposit hold. Due to seasonal changes and heat, you may occasionally notice small bugs, such as ants, which is normal and will be addressed promptly.
