Lease Terms & Property Information Tenant is responsible for payment of electric service, heating fuel (oil), internet/Wi-Fi service, bed bug remediation and snow removal . A snow plow is available for tenant use. Verizon service is available at the property for easy internet setup or another service of choosing. Landlord pays for trash removal and sewage service. Trash cans are provided and located on the property. The property is serviced by a private well. Tenants may occasionally be responsible for replacing well water filtration components as needed; replacement is simple and can be completed by the tenant. Lawn maintenance is handled by the first-floor tenant. The upper-level tenant is welcome to maintain and enjoy the garden areas if desired, but is not required to do so. The unit includes air conditioning units and private access to a washer and dryer located on the lower level/first floor attached to the unit. Additional storage space is available throughout. Off-street parking is available near the side entrance. The unit includes two or more dedicated parking spaces, with additional parking available across from the shared driveway. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Small pets may be permitted with prior landlord approval and any applicable pet fees. No cats. Please note that mail is not delivered directly to the property. Tenants will be required to obtain a P.O. Box at the local post office for mail service located a few houses down the street.
