Lawn Maintenance: The tenant will maintain the lawn and landscaping, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition throughout the lease term. Additional cost of $300 estimated per month Property Details: Type: Unfurnished new construction Bedrooms/Bathrooms: 4/4 Additional Features: Garage with Flex Bedroom/Bath and Kitchenette Outdoor grill (Propane) and Fire Pit Pet Policy: Pet-friendly with owners' approval Smoking Policy: Non-smoking home 2-car garage and Golf cart Lessee Requirements: To proceed with the rental application, we require the following from potential lessees: 1. Application Form: Complete and submit our standard rental application form. 2. Income Verification: Provide proof of income (such as pay stubs, tax returns, & employment verification). 3. Credit Check: Consent to a credit check to assess financial responsibility. 4. References: Furnish references from previous landlords or property managers. 5. Security Deposit: Pay a security deposit of one month's rent to secure the property. 6. $500 is required to secure the lease while the application is processed. This will be credited to the first month's rent. 7. Pet Approval: If applicable, provide details about your pet(s) for owner approval. 8. Insurance: Obtain renters' insurance with liability coverage.
