This is available for a 1, 2, 3, or 4 month lease (through May) - perfect for the traveling professional and/or a temporary place to stay that has everything an individual, couple, or small family could want - just bring your clothes! The home is completely furnished including, but not limited to, linens/towels, cookware, silverware, dishes, even assorted cleaning supplies and toiletries. Brand new sinks and ADA-height toilets in each bathroom with bidets. There are new smart HD LED TVs throughout - just use your credentials to sign into your favorite apps! Monthly rent amount also includes ALL utilities, hi-speed broadband internet service, and weekly trash/recycles removal. There is NO smoking/vaping allowed inside any part of the home. Up to (2) dogs and/or cats are allowed. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 for each pet. There is on-site uncovered parking that can accommodate up to (3) cars. Tenants responsible for any snow removal. Seasonal lawn mowing every 10 days or so, as needed, will also be provided. You won't find a more completely furnished, all-inclusive home like this on the market. Location in the historic Eaglehurst subdivision just a stone's throw from lake views and epic sunsets, and a stairway jaunt down the bluff to the neighborhood's exclusive waterfront and beach.
