There's a large king bed with a Helix mattress and hotel quality bedding. Around the the corner to the bedroom, you'll find a work from home set-up with an optional standing desk, 27" monitor, key board and mouse ready for you to plug-in. This area also functions as a second sleeping area with a pull-out queen bed. Next over is the bathroom - always stocked with shower essentials, q-tips, flossers, make-up remover pads, and others. The kitchen has brand new appliances and pretty much everything you'll need. Outdoor area can not be enjoyed past 9pm, and we ask that you are respectful of noise regardless of the time of day. Adam and Anna use it as well but guests will have first dibs. The neighborhood Redondo Beach offers a quintessential Southern California coastal experience, highlighted by its beautiful beaches and stunning ocean views. The city provides a relaxed, yet vibrant atmosphere, with a lively pier, diverse dining options, and ample opportunities for outdoor activities. A couple quick notes: - Owners live in the unit above - We added a layer of cork underneath the flooring, but the unit is still subject to noise from the unit above and water pipes in the walls - Aside from the bathroom, the unit has an open flow and the bedroom doesn't have a door to separate it from the other rooms
