Both living areas are completely private with separate entrances and no shared living spaces. There is an interior connecting door between the two areas; however, it remains permanently secured with multiple locks and is not used for access. The setup is similar to having a private neighbor who shares a wall. We want to be transparent about this arrangement so tenants are fully aware prior to leasing.
