We are located in North Marin just 5 minutes to Hwy 101 or Hwy 37 off Atherton Road with open space, hiking, and biking trails right outside our door. Amenities include: Expansive wrap-around decks with breathtaking views Fully equipped kitchen Dining room with glass table Family room with fireplace Living room with vaulted ceilings and quality sound system 2 gas fireplaces High-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV Laundry facilities BBQ grill Hot tub with views Pool, tennis courts & clubhouse access Fish and lily pond Bi-weekly housekeepers Gardener Easy parking All utilities are included. There is also a shared $100/month consumables fee per person for household supplies. Some food items like butter and bread and more, extensive spices and condiments, all paper goods, hot tub chemicals and cleaning supplies, laundry detergents, and other items. Ask us.

We value kindness, respect, and clear communication. It's a non-drama, supportive environment where everyone has plenty of space especially in this 3-story home.
Often people are out and about, so it feels spacious and peaceful. There is room here for privacy, productivity, and ease.
