Terms at 2204 Harpoon Dr

The initial lease term is one year, with an option to extend in year increments thereafter. Renters will be responsible for utilities, including water, electricity, and internet, as well as optional services like propane refills for the gas fireplace. Tenant is required to pay the initial Aquia Harbour HOA/POA new renter fees. The property owner will cover the monthly HOA/POA dues thereafter, which include weekly trash, recycling, and yard waste services, street snow plowing, a private police department, and discounted access to community amenities such as the pool, golf course, marina, and horse stables. Renters insurance is required, with a minimum of $150,000 in liability coverage, $50,000 in personal property coverage, and additional living expenses (ALE) coverage equivalent to 30% of the personal property coverage limit. Additionally, renters will provide the first month's rent and a security deposit of $3,450 at the time of signing the lease.
