Terms at 2202 Key West Ct #626

The lease term is one (1) year. Rent in the amount of $1,595.00 is due on the first (1st) of each month. A grace period is provided through the sixth (6th) of the month. If rent is not paid by then, a late fee of $100.00 will be added to the balance. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, as well as setting up and maintaining those services independently. The premises shall be used for residential purposes only. No loud noise is permitted between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Failure to pay rent may result in a three (3) day notice to pay rent or vacate, in accordance with Florida law. In the event of early termination, the tenant will be required to pay an amount equal to two (2) months' rent. Upon approval, the tenant must provide the security deposit and first month's rent. The property is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. *NO SMOKING*.
