I am seeking a 9-month lease where you will pay for heat, electric, and Internet, and I pay for the water/sewer and trash. Parking is included for no extra fee directly under the unit, and pets are unfortunately not allowed. I am a very attentive landlord and want to find someone great with communication who will take care of the place like it was their own. I lived there for 10 years and can share all the reasons I loved it. Hopefully you'll love Whittier Square and my views and upgrades as much as I did. Thanks! Ken

Highlight is the 8-foot-long island that seats 4.
