Owners will be on site part of the time in the auxiliary building. Renters insurance required. Pet will be considered on an individual basis, subject to pet rent and deposit. Please include breed, size, and all relevant information about your pet on your application. Tenant must have a can-do attitude. Tenant must be physically able to shovel from the house to the driveway.

Yet outside the gate you're in the most sought after neighborhood in the Rocky Mountain West! The home is surrounded by (all but 1) 5+ acre properties with Snake River frontage. At times, with the windows open, you can hear the rushing sounds of the river itself. You will be proximal to everything: 7 miles to Teton Village, 7 miles to Downtown Jackson and 3 miles to Teton Pass; 2.3 miles to downtown Wilson and 1.3 miles to the Aspens (both completely accessible by bike on the path). There is a START bus stop adjacent to the property. This location literally has it all.

It is wonderfully rustic but has all the modern amenities. Old world fixtures, claw foot tubs, floor-to-ceiling barn sash windows in bathrooms. This historic home has two completely separate units: the first unit has two bedrooms and two full bathroom and includes a master King bed with separate massage/comfort controls for each side, two clawfoot tubs and a separate shower. The second unit has one bedroom and a full bathroom (sleeps 4) with yet a third clawfoot soaking tub with shower attachment. Each unit also has its own contemporary and fully stocked kitchen, and its own huge private deck. Cozy up to the propane fireplace or watch the herons and osprey that travel down the Snake River corridor. The east/southeast orientation of the house maximizes use of the two huge decks (complete with furnishing and outdoor grill), and fills the rooms with light year-round.
Use the smaller unit for a fabulous work-from-home space, or spread out with family and guests. Many professionals have successfully worked from the home using the strong WiFi.
