Absolutely no smoking in the home or on the grounds. Please fill out and submit an application. The building was designed/built prior to Teton County building codes and therefore there are non-conforming elements such as steeper stairs and lower clearances. Owners will be on site part of the time in the auxiliary building. Renters insurance required. Pet will be considered on an individual basis, subject to pet rent and deposit. Please include breed, size, and all relevant information about your pet on your application. Tenant must have a can-do attitude. Tenant must be physically able to shovel from the house to the driveway.

There is a contemporary and fully stocked kitchen, and its own huge private deck. Cozy up to the propane fireplace or watch the herons and osprey that travel down the Snake River corridor from the back deck which faces huge acreage. The east/southeast orientation of the house maximizes use of the deck (complete with furnishing and outdoor grill), and fills the rooms with light year-round.
