This is a spacious First Floor 1BR 1BA apartment unit in the Friendship Neighborhood, central to many grocery stores and bars in the Pittsburgh area. I am currently a tenant in this First Floor Unit at 220 S Negley Ave Apt 1, Pittsburgh PA 15206 and will be moving out sometime in May. My current lease ends on July 31st and I am looking for someone to take over from June 1st onwards. The property is handled by Prudential Realty Company. Amenities include a balcony in front of the apartment facing the street, a storage area, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, central AC and gas-powered heating. There is also ample parking space for all the building's tenants and there is no need for off-street parking unless you have guests visiting. Utilities are NOT included in the base rent price of 1100$. Water is billed through the tenant portal and is usually about 50$/person monthly. Electric and Gas are paid under tenant's name. It will be available starting June 1st until my lease ends on July 31st. This would be subject to approval of the Landlord company and will require a new 12-month lease for the unit. The applicant must make at least 3x the monthly rent and pass a background and credit check. Security deposit equal to one month's rent would be due in order to run the application.
