    Terms at 220 Hermosa St

    One dog may be allowed with prior approval and a $25/mo pet rent. No more than two people maximum occupancy. The term of the lease is 1 year. Tenant is responsible for all utility costs including electricity, propane, water, sewer and trash pick-up. Owner will subtract the cost of metered electrical usage of the garage/shop on the property and half of the La Plata Electric base charge from the rent each month. Payment of rent will be by ACH electronic funds transfer through the Zillow Rental Manager app.
