Credit scores between 575 & 600 will be considered with a double deposit. No applicant can have a credit score of less than 575. We also require good stable income at 3.5 times the rent, no criminal history, and no Unlawful Detainers. Maximum number of residents is 4. We do not take Section 8. As a very small company we cannot deal with the extra paperwork and other requirements. We do not charge an application fee if you can show proof that your credit score is over 600 otherwise the application fee is $30 per adult. Go to Creditdotcom or Credit Karma and get a credit score indication for free. Both are completely free. There is no membership you will need to cancel later to avoid a monthly charge. The web site does not even require you register a credit card or bank account. We will use the Credit Karma score to not charge you an application fee. However we get a FICO score when we process your application and they may be different. We use the FICO score for accepting or denying applicants. If you think you meet our qualifications email me and we can set up a showing. The apartment is currently occupied so we need to coordinate a showing with the current resident.
