Can be furnished if you like. Sorry the pictures are messy. Will be cleaned out before you arrive. Wonderful very low crime area. Prime walkable location: Only 1 block from charming downtown Main Street shops and events McDonald's right next door Mexican restaurant directly across the street Giant Mart grocery store/gas station ~3-minute walk Respectable backyard for chilling or outdoor time Just a 10-minute walk to Gordon State College campus The whole house is fully furnished and ready to move in no need to buy anything: Full kitchen, dining room, living room 1 bathroom Washer & dryer in the house High-speed internet included First month's rent + security deposit (1 month's rent) required Utilities separate (except internet) tenants pay half electric/water/etc. Preferred: 3-12 month lease, but can be flexible No pets This is a great, affordable setup for Gordon students, young professionals, or anyone who wants convenient downtown living with full house access and zero furniture hassle.
