Minimum lease term is 3 months. Maximum lease term is 6 months. Start date is flexible from November 15th to December 15th. First month's rent, security deposit, and cleaning fee are due at signing. Owner pays all utilities. No pets and no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Property includes attached garage parking for one standard passenger vehicle (maximum height 8 ft), plus additional exterior off-street parking for up to three vehicles or trailers. Owner reserves the right to conduct a mid-lease inspection, with at least five days advanced notice to renter. Owner and renter agree to conduct a mandatory final inspection at lease termination.
