This exquisite beach home has an incredible location and fabulous amenities including: AC, bikes, barbecue, Jacuzzi, and beach gear. The location is fantastic and is just two blocks from the sand and green belt off 9th Street which houses many park benches to enjoy watching surfers, windsurfers, cyclists, runners, adults & kids playing. It's a great place to people watch, sunbathe, and enjoy the sunset on the Pacific Ocean! This beach stretches 17 miles long and has a bike and walking path. Everything you need from an evening barbecue to a day at the beach is on the premises. Huntington Beach (Surf City) has some of the most consistent waves on the coast, and offers great breaks for beginners and experts. Learn to surf at Corky Carols Surf School nearby. With the amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining. There are a ton of restaurants nearby! We look forward to working with you. The home features brand new furnishings throughout, central AC, an incredible rooftop deck and relaxing Jacuzzi in the backyard to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Hardwood floors, skylight, wet bar, french doors, and walk-in closet are just some of the features in this beautiful home. FUN AMENITIES: Jacuzzi, bikes, soft top boards and beach games included. MOBILITY ISSUES-- With 2 bedrooms and bathroom located on the first floor, our home is ideal for people that have trouble with steps. LOCATION: We are only 20 minutes from Disneyland and steps from the world famous Huntington Beach pier surrounded by shops and restaurants and next to the new Pacific City ocean view mall. If You Have A Canine Companion, the HB Doggie Beach is just blocks along the oceanfront blufftop pathway. If you're on a business trip, bring the whole family. You can work in peace in the office, which includes, wi-fi and a desk. We are just up the street from the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton if you are here for a convention. BEDDING: 4 BEDROOMS--Every bedroom has a bathroom. First floor lower level sleeping Bedroom 1 Full/twin bunk bed set with ensuite Bedroom 2 King size bed with ensuite and walkout to patio Second level sleeping Bedroom 3- Full/twin bunk bed set with ensuite Bedroom 4. King Bed in Master bedroom with walk in closet, ensuite and roof top patio. ONE MONTH MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED. Please inquire for shorter stays at our permitted rentals. GARAGE AND PARKING: The owner does store their truck in the garage. There is one parking spot available behind the garage. There is also free parking out front of the home and you can move the bikes into the back yard to fit one car in the garage if you prefer. PETS: Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring: age, weight, and breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats. PET FRIENDLY UNITS: If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste. -Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. -All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. -All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. -Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. -All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable. HOUSE RULES: --After you reserve we will have you sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules. --You must be 28 years of age. If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation. NO PARTIES: --No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. --No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. --No extra people than the people in your group listed above.
