FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. The open floor plan makes a perfect space to host your family while giving space for everyone to spread out. A pass-through window in the kitchen that opens to the dining room ensures that the chef of the family can always be part of the action. The kitchen table gives a cozy space for all to gather and enjoy family meals or a board game. There are two covered porches located off the front of the house that can be accessed from the dining room and living room. Furnished with tables and chairs, this is the perfect spot for watching magnificent sunsets and sound views in the evening. After watching the sun set over the Intracoastal waterway, you can sink into the comfy sofa and enjoy your favorite movie on the convenient Roku TV. A large shaded screened-in porch off the rear primary bedroom is a great get-away spot for guests seeking some peace a quiet. There is a hall bath that services the guest bedrooms and access to the rear screened porch at the end of the hall. With 3 covered porches, plenty of outside space to lounge, and a small sandy beach that emerges at low tide at the end of the street everyone in the family will have a great time playing in the calm waters of the Intracoastal. And don't forget that the ocean access is just 1.5 blocks from the cottage! Occupancy: 8. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 3 Queen. Parking: Off-street parking for 5+ cars. Boat trailers are allowed in the driveway. Prohibited: Smoking, RV's, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $400 per pet.
