This townhome is equipped with four private balconies, perfect for dolphin watching or enjoying solitude. The kitchen features full appliances, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. A coffee and wine bar includes glasses, a wine & beer cooler, and an ice maker. The living room offers a couch, occasional chair, and poufs for seating around a big screen Smart TV with Cable. A half bath is conveniently located between the kitchen and living spaces. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer located in the air-conditioned garage game room. A propane grill is available for outdoor use. Parking is limited, with guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle in spot number 13. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking are not permitted. Located in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle, this townhome is minutes from private gated beach access. It's also close to HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna's, and numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The Destin Water Taxi can also pick you up from the docks for a cruise to HarborWalk Village or Crab Island. The HOA will be making repairs to the seawall and dock areas through July, which may restrict access to those specific areas for safety reasons. This is beyond our control and does not affect the townhome itself. This is a stairs-only townhome with no elevator access, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Check-in is at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Linens and beach towels are provided, along with a courtesy supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, and dish and laundry detergent. For longer stays or larger groups, guests should bring additional supplies. Beach equipment and supplies are not provided or guaranteed. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted, and towing fees apply for violations. Noise ordinances are at 10 PM, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Student groups or groups under 25 are not permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. No smoking is permitted indoors or on balconies at any time. A $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged beach keycard. This location is not pet-friendly. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Rearranging furniture is not permitted. Cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional charges. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. The small dining table and chairs in the dining area can be used for working from home. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi.
