All utilities included! The apartment has a kitchenette in a large open concept dining and living space with high ceilings. Step down into the cozy bedroom, which has an attached bath with shower. There is a private front porch with seating for morning coffee in a garden setting. Plenty of lawn space to enjoy as well. Mature trees and abundant wildlife surround us here. Starry nights await as the milky way is visible on clear nights. The one bedroom apartment is attached to the historical barn main house but designed to create a private setting with its own entrance overlooking the large front yard and main street. The attached deck and yard area in front of the apartment are solely for guests of the barn suite. Parking is located next to the apartment for one car. The kitchenette includes a combination convection/microwave oven, hot plate, toaster, small refrigerator, French press, and several other small appliances.
