Room for rent in a 2-bedroom apartment. Rent is all inclusive! The apartment comprises the 2nd and 3rd floors in a two-family house.… The kitchen, living room, bath, and porch are on the 2nd floor and are shared with one other person, who is a current grad student. The bedroom for rent is on the 3rd floor, is unfurnished, has lots of natural light, and a nice Easterly view. The landlords live in the 1st floor apartment. The living space you will share on the 2nd floor has an eat-in kitchen with a table and chairs, there are 2 couches and a coffee table in the living room, and comfortable chair and large table on the enclosed porch. There are also two office spaces on the 2nd floor, which the landlords use. This is the only space that the landlords use on the 2nd floor. We are on a charming little street in downtown Northampton, with the bike path on one side of us, and Shelburne Coffee Roasters on the other. There is a bus stop just around the corner, and the train station and grocery store are both about a 5-minute walk. We are quiet, friendly, and respectful to all. First month, last month, and security deposit will be required at lease signing. The security deposit is $450
