This is a great lock and leave property because all of the exterior maintenance is provided. It's easy living. Golf, Tennis, and Pickleball are available at the Dalton Country Club but not included. The living and dining areas are large and open with great views of the mountains and fairway.

First month rent and security deposit will is required at the signing of the lease. No smoking. There is a 2 car garage and cars should be parked in the garage each evening. Large trucks won't fit.
