Tax: All rates listed are pre-tax. Tax is 9%. Deposit: Reservations require a deposit of 50% of total. This is credited toward your balance. Remaining amount due must be paid at Check-In. Pets: No pets allowed in furnished trailers. Guests: Rate includes 2 guests. Max guests allowed is 6 at additional rate per guest. **We also offer annual leases upon approval at a lower rate, no tax. Resident would pay for their own electricity. There would be a security deposit and application fee for annual leases. Please inquire if interested.
