Monthly rent: March-May: $5000 June-August: $6000 September-November: $5000 December-February: $6000 Tenant pays for electricity and gas. Owner pays for water, sewer, garbage collection, internet, gardening, and snow removal. No smoking inside the house. Renter's insurance is strongly recommended. If have dogs, tenant is responsible for removing dog hair. A lease agreement must be signed. There is no AC in the house.

Sleeps 10 people maximum (up to 6 adults). Ideal for families who want to spend their vacation time in Tahoe. Available for ski lease. The house has a sauna room, grills, and a kayak for you to enjoy (no hot tub). Garage has been converted to a game room with a pool table. The community has tennis courts, pickleball courts, a beach volleyball court, private beaches, indoor and outdoor pools. Activity card to access the amenities is $50 per person for your whole stay (paid directly to the office, not included in the rent). The community has a marina where you can rent boats and enjoy other water sports. Location is very convenient with a variety of restaurants and stores nearby. 12 minutes drive to Heavenly Village. 12 minutes drive to Emerald Bay.
