Lease terms

Owner Terms: Lease minimum one year. Deposit is equal to first month rent, plus a refundable security deposit of two months rent. (See more information below) Association Terms: After owner approval, the community association requires the following payments made directly to them: $150 application fee (non-refundable) $500 Common Elements security deposit (refundable by the association at the end of lease.) *The above payments cannot be waived by the owner as they are association requirements paid directly to them* Owner pays for high-speed internet and water. Renter pays for electric, cable/TV service, and one-time association application fee paid directly to association. 1 assigned parking in front of unit & an additional resident parking decal available (head-in parking only). No smoking allowed, pets negotiable. Any maintenance/issues must be brought to the attention of the owner as soon as possible. No self-maintenance or external service/contractors allowed. Deposit is forfeited in the following scenarios: Lease is ended before term, poor apartment condition at the end of lease, renter fails to inform owner of issues and performs self-maintenance and/or allows external service/contractors to perform work in/at any area of the apartment. Section 8 vouchers welcome.
