Hot water is provided with a highly efficient, on-demand water heater. Comcast and AT&T hook-ups available for high speed internet (currently comes with basic internet plan with Comcast). Also comes partially furnished with a wardrobe, table, chairs, sofa bed and bookshelf.
Enjoy breakfast or star gazing on the private, rear deck. The space comes with off street parking, a 12' x 15' storage unit and prime gardening space (no 420 please) to share with a nearby house tenant. Utilities (electric, propane, water, waste removal and internet) are included in the rent. Comes with Level 2 EV charging capability (NEMA 14-50 outlet) which will be billed separately. A hiking trail is within walking distance from the front door and the ocean is a short 10 minute drive down Scenic Hwy 116. Downtown Santa Rosa is just 40 minutes away.
