There is a no-smoking/vaping policy inside or out, no parties, no digital piracy, and quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. A $500 fine applies per violation. No shoes are allowed indoors. Pets are not permitted, and a $500 fine will be issued for unauthorized pets.
