Please note that occasional geckos or ants are a normal part of tropical living in Hawaii. Advance reservation is required for tennis courts; please reach out ahead of your stay to arrange court access. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, with no parties allowed. There is a $500 fine per violation for smoking/vaping, parties, digital piracy, and unauthorized pets. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Shoes are not permitted indoors. The policy for cancellations is strictly upheld, and extensions are welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to the cancellation policy, and travel insurance is strongly recommended. Stays longer than 180 days require a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm.
