Rental Terms and Conditions Property Description The property is a fully furnished side-by-side duplex located on a corner lot. Each unit has a separate entrance from a different street, providing privacy and convenience. Due to the layout and separate access, the unit offers many of the qualities of a single-family home. Lease Terms Minimum lease term: 2 months. Maximum lease term: 1 year. After the lease expires, a new lease may be negotiated between the landlord and tenant. Utilities All utilities are included and paid by the owner, unless usage is significantly higher than the historical average, in which case additional charges may apply. Property Maintenance Grass maintenance and snow removal are included and handled by the owner. House Rules No pets allowed. No smoking inside the house. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM; loud noise is not permitted after this time. Parking Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. 1 parking space in the garage and 1 parking space in the driveway are provided. Repairs and Damage Tenants must promptly notify the landlord if anything in the house breaks or requires repair.
