The owner is seeking a quality, long term, non-smoking tenant who has a lifestyle that includes maintaining everything in his/her life in top notch condition on a daily basis. Tenant will be responsible for water, gas, electricity, security system (optional) and trash service. Landlord will pay for sewer. There is an HOA and the tenant will be required to abide by all covenants. Only one small dog will be allowed and included on the lease. Any pet not on the lease that breaths or swims found in the home will result in termination of the lease or an amendment to the lease for additional rent and or security deposit.
