Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. For long-term stays of 30 days or more, guests are required to remove garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines. Extra cleanings are required once per month for long-term stays. Monthly inspections will be conducted with 24 hours' notice. Guests are required to complete a digital boarding pass via Enso Connect before check-in, including ID verification, signing the rental agreement, and agreeing to a security deposit or damage waiver. The $200 security deposit is a hold and is fully released if the cleaning team confirms everything is in order at checkout. The Accidental Damage Waiver is a one-time $25 non-refundable fee.
