Brand new all electric stainless steel appliances are included. 12 foot high ceilings and original wood floors have been refinished in living areas, with ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The original vintage claw-foot tub was restored and a shower added. Advanced fire suppression and alarm systems are throughout the structure for resident safety and peace of mind.
The two-room suites are usable as live/work studios or 2-bedroom living quarters. Most second rooms have a separate interior entrance from the common areas that can provide a separate business space if desired.
Dedicated parking spaces are available for lease at the local grocery store one block away. Downtown creative Urbana is booming with newly established coffee shops, many restaurants, entertainment venues and unique stores. Walk-ability is rated at 85/100, and Bike-ability at 75/100.
