Lease terms

Minimum 30-day lease. Fully furnished and move-in ready. Monthly rent includes all furnishings, high-speed Wi-Fi, and utilities up to a reasonable monthly usage limit. Excessive utility usage may result in additional charges. Security deposit equal to one month's rent ($2,100), first month's rent, and a non-refundable $200 professional cleaning fee are due before move-in. Background, credit, and income verification (or proof of travel assignment/employment) are required. Renter's insurance is required for the duration of the lease. No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or illegal drug use is permitted anywhere on the property. No pets are allowed. Quiet hours must be respected to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents. Off-street parking is available. Maximum occupancy is four (4) people. A detailed move-in and move-out inventory checklist will be completed and signed by both parties. Tenants are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear to the unit, furnishings, appliances, or household items. The property must be returned in substantially the same condition and level of cleanliness as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
