It is located at the middle of the complex. Utilities included are sewer, garbage/recycling, and landscaping. Tenants are responsible for paying the water and gas/electricity. There is one off-street covered parking stall available, and street permitted parking through the city of Monterey. There is also a storage unit available for usage in the carport, as well as a washer and dryer in the laundry room, for your convenience. As you walk in the front door of the unit, you will see the living room to the right, and the kitchen/dining space to the left. The walls are freshly painted, and the home has laminate hardwood-design throughout. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric range, and garbage disposal. Tenant will need to provide a microwave. To the right of the entrance is the large living space. The wall heater is also located here. In the hallway leading to the two bedrooms, there is storage space behind bifold doors. The two bedrooms have their own closet space, while one of the bedrooms has a 1/2 bathroom inside of it. The bathroom encompasses a shower over tub. The apartment complex is walking distance to downtown Monterey, Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, bus lines, and the peninsula amenities!
