Renter must pay for renters insurance, internet, Gas and Electricity. Generally gas and electricity bills combined are about $250/month. Association fee covers water, garbage and landscaping. Renter must change air filter monthly and add 2 bags of water softener salt every month Please be aware we are not able to accommodate pets at our property so we cannot make an exception Inspection will take place by landlord or appointment agent Any kind of changes made to the doors, windows, window screens, blinds, LED on the walls, too many holes to hang the TVs on the wall will need to be paid for. These kind of changes will need to be undone or extra deposit paid to landlord for making these changes. similarly, glues put on the walls will also require a deposit. these deposits will be returned if glues, LEDs and screens are restored safely any out of ordinary damage done to house, carpet, walls and garage will require more payments (of fees as listed below) Property inspection will take place every month.
