We are renting out our home while we live on our boat from April to August (or September). Ideally looking for a 4-6 month rental, but negotiable! A discount can be discussed for anyone willing to care for our family chickens (12) and coop. We have 12 chickens that just need a coop cleaning and re-feeder fill once a month. The benefit is you get to share the abundance of eggs with our neighbors! Utility's are per the tenant, first and last, pet fee, and a simple background check will be required. let us know if you're interested!

Simple 3 bedroom 1 bath home in a quiet neighborhood in Ferndale.… There is a fenced back yard portion for pets, Hot tub, new electric sauna that gets to 200 degrees (amazing!), fire pit / patio, new large cover porch, fenced front yard, ample parking, garage, and will be furnished. Though we are pet friendly, we would like to hear about your furry ones prior to confirming.
