Lease terms

The owner pays for all utilities. There is a tenant cap depending upon the length of your stay. Pool and Spa heating and usage are subject to restrictions and or financial arrangements on a prorated daily basis. Pool / Spa heating and usage will be an additional fee to the monthly rent it it exceeds a certain amount. Pets are subject to breed and information submitted to the owner. Lease options - 30 days or more. Contact the property manager for more information on alternate dates or time frames desired. The home is rented fully furnished. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Qty. 2 master suites have king beds, qty. 3 junior suites with queen beds. NO more than 8 persons are permitted on the residence for an overnight stay during the lease or rental term. All cars must be parked inside the garage area or in the driveway. (3 car garage). There are outdoor security cameras and alarms for safety reasons. Noise and terms of the outside living area will be stipulated in the rental agreement or lease. We do have neighbors and like to respect their privacy and peace and quiet. All outside activities should be concluded by 10 pm.
