Lease terms

Lease Term: One-year minimum lease term with an option to renew. Utilities: Tenant shall be responsible for activating, maintaining, and paying for all utility services associated with the property, including electricity, gas, water, sewer, garbage, and internet. All utility accounts must remain in good standing throughout the lease term. Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, garage, and all common or shared areas of the property. Parking: Two designated parking spaces in the garage are included. Additional guest parking is available within the community, subject to community rules and availability. Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep of the property, including replacing light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, and HVAC filters. Landlord is responsible for major repairs and maintenance of the property's structural components and major systems. Renter's Insurance: Tenant is required to maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term and provide proof of coverage upon request. Tenant is responsible for insuring their personal property and personal liability.
