Lease terms

This is a corporate housing lease specifically for a mid-term rental duration. The key leasing terms include: Property Access: 3 BRs, 2 BAs, 2 Living Rooms, 2 Outside Patio Lounge Areas, BBQ Gas Grill, Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Arcade Games, Treehouse, FirePit, EV Charger (applicable fees) HOA Amenities: Swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, lakes, private lakes, beaches, hiking trails, playgrounds are all included with no extra costs for use by each person on the lease Duration: 30 days minimum, but no more than 12 months...Can be renewed Termination Notice: 30 days advance Furnishings: 1 King-Sized Bed, 2 Queen-Sized Beds, 1 Pack and Play Travel Crib, Bedroom Linen, Bathroom Towels, Cooking Utensils, Keurig Dual Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Dishwasher, 3 Big Screen TVs, 1 Stereo, 2 Living Room Couches, 2 Arcade Games, 1 Playstation, 1 Gas Grill Utilities: Electric, Gas, Internet included with a cap of $100/monthly. Cleaning: $200 bi-monthly maintenance. Property Protection Waiver: Paid by renter and replaces traditional security deposit. Parking: Up to 5 cars can be accommodated on the driveway; All cars have to be registered with the HOA Security EV Charger: Pay for charge ($25 per car for 3 days; $55 per car for 7 days). Smoking: Permitted only on the outside of the property (and properly discarded). Capacity: The property sleeps 6 to 8 comfortably, with a max of 10 day guests per HOA & township rules to accommodate sewer capacity. Guests: All renters' visitors must be presented to management in order to be registered with HOA Security for access into the gated community. No day guests can stay overnight. Pets: Up to 2 pets max permitted (with additional pet rules to minimize incidents); Additional cleaning costs are expected for pets and these fees are $100/month for 1 pet and $200/month for 2 pets.
