Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Applicant (and all residents) must be a non-smoker. Household occupancy is limited to 5 people. Pet Policy Pets are considered case by case. Pet Terms: * $40/month pet rent per approved pet * $400 refundable pet deposit per approved pet * Standard breed restrictions apply(common regional rules: Pit Bull/Staffordshire, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Akita, Wolf hybrid, etc.) * Pet screening required * Each pet will be individually reviewed and approved or denied * Rental insurance policy of at least 100/300k.
