Lease terms

Approved Applicants are required to execute a Lease Agreement and submit the full security deposit within 24 hours after approval/seeing the home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. Renters insurance required. Please take a moment to review our application requirements prior to applying. Adults over 18 must apply and qualify. -All applicants must have a minimum credit score of 650 -All accounts must be in good standing/No collections -No late payments on any account in the last 12 months -Bankruptcies must be older than 5 years discharged -Income must be 2.5x rental rate -At least applicant must meet the income requirement alone or combined if married -Clean background/criminal history -Excellent rental references required/No evictions -We do not accept section 8 or co-signers -Please ask about the pet policy before applying
