Security deposit is the same as one month rent. Pets are allowed with a pet agreement and pet rent of $100/per month per pet. Must sign pet agreement and follow pet rules completely. The standard lease is 1 year and preference will be given to longer-term tenants. Credit checks and background checks are performed. The application fee is $50 non-refundable.
Tenants will be responsible for lawn, snow, and common area maintenance. We want to build a community here where the tenants work together to make this housing community enjoyable and where tenants clean up after themselves and their guests. Limited to no onsite maintenance will be provided. Regular maintenance will be scheduled and may take 60-90 days depending on request. All major systems (electrical, heating, and plumbing) have been updated and verified to work. Each apartment has been updated with new flooring, doors, fixtures, appliances, windows, air conditioners, etc. The building exterior has been completely redone. The building is a secure building requiring all visitors to call ahead.
